MY REVIEW OF THINGS LIARS FAKE
While the #ThreeLittleLies series novellas can be read as standalones, they are better read in order. The characters overlap and you will have a better grasp of their personalities that way.
Daphne meets Dexter at a wine bar while out with her friends. Then as she is headed into a movie, alone, she sees Dexter again. Low and behold who do Daphne and Dexter run into? Dexter's big mouthed Aunt Bethany. Before you know it Daphne has been asked on a "fake date" to a family event. I mean really, what can go wrong?
As with Things Liars Say and Things Liars Hide, I really enjoyed Things Liars Fake. I did feel that Dexter was full of insecurities, but later in the book you begin to understand where a lot of it comes from. Daphne sure finds herself in a pickle numerous times throughout the story. Lucy and Amelia are absolutely nuts, and make this story even funnier. Elliot is king of the douchecanoes. Things Liars Fake is a light and fun read that you will finish in no time. It's one of those books that doesn't take a lot analysis and is very relaxing to read.
5 stars for Things Liars Fake!
