My Review
After a break-up with her boyfriend, Paisley's life had become a bit bland. That is when a work party changes everything.
This book is extremely hard to review without giving spoilers, so this one will be kind of vague.
I LOVED Six! Definite 5-star worthy! I will warn that this book is very long, but it needs to be. There is a lot of action, and there is a lot of "action." The author did a fantastic job in this writing. There wasn't a moment where I felt detached from the story. It did take me a few sittings to get it finished, but I hated putting it down each time.
I loved Paisley's character and her will to survive. I rarely felt like she fell into a victim roll in the story. There may have been a few times where life caught up to her and reality set in, but she still overcame them.
Six is exactly what I would have expected a trained killer to be. Well maybe not in the hotness department, but I was willing to go with it ;)
The other supporting characters played a crucial part in this book. We needed them to get a better understanding of what was happening in the story as well as to add that bit of drama.
Again, I loved Six, and with this being a first read for me by this author, I am ready to go find some of her other works!
